NAVITEL® releases Q2 2015 maps of Brazil, Mexico, Maldives, and Philippines
Q2 2015 maps of Brazil, Mexico, Maldives, and Philippines are now available for the users of Navitel Navigator.
The updated maps contain 1 892 294 km of road graph, 2 381 246 POI, and 264 899 settlements, 7 370 of which are provided with the detailed road network and support address search. On the map of Maldives, address search is supported down to the level of bungalows.
Visual representation of roads, traffic jams, and routes on the map has been improved. Addresses have been specified and indication of forbidden turns has been improved.
Brazil
The map of Brazil includes 5 564 settlements, 5 060 of which are provided with the road network and support address search. The map contains 2 319 234 POI. Length of the road graph is 1 139 802 km.
Mexico
The map of Mexico includes 257 137 settlements, 1 964 of which are provided with the road network and support address search. The map contains 36 291 POI. Length of the road graph on the map of Mexico is 683 286 km.
Address data has been updated and names of settlements in Mexico have been specified.
Maldives
The map of Maldives includes 745 islands.
Entire length of the detailed road network of Malé, the capital city of Maldives, together with the largest Addu Atoll is 388 km. The map contains 1 557 POI. Additionally, the map includes 45 islands with the total of 58 hotels allocated among them and with address search supported down to the level of bungalows.
Philippines
The map of Philippines includes 1 453 settlements, 301 of which are provided with the road network and support address search. The map contains 24 164 POI. Length of the road graph on the map of Philippines is 66 818 km.
The maps of all countries include address search in residential and industrial areas of settlements coupled with the highly detailed road network with streets, roads, and with due account to road directions, interchanges, roundabouts, and other important road information.
