NAVITEL ® and Prestigio companies announce further development of strategic partnership

NAVITEL^® — leader of Russian and Eastern European navigation market , and Prestigio — Europe’s leading producer of mobile devices, consumer electronics and accessories, announce strategic partnership for the joint promotion of Navitel Navigator navigation maps at Prestigio mobile devices.

“Thanks to our successful partnership with NAVITEL^®, which began in 2008, since 2009 Prestigio is the leader of Russian market of GPS navigators, taking a share of 28% in volume (GFK data, December 2012),” — says Yuri Antoshkin, Prestigio Executive Director.

Starting partnership, Navitel will offer to navigation software users inimitable ,detailed, precise and actual maps on Android OS with all NAVITEL^® online services support, pre-installed on Prestigio tablet PC (with GPS support) and smartphones. As well, all users who already have Prestigio mobile devices with OS Android 4.0 and up will get directly to their devices a notice that application Navitel-Prestigio is available for downloading.

As a part of joint promotion Prestigio mobile devices users, who have installed mobile app Navitel-Prestigio, will receive an exclusive opportunity of free trial 90 days period with no limitation on the amount and size of the installed maps. To continue using the application after 90 days, users will need to purchase a license for required maps directly from the application.

In Q1 2013 Prestigio will consistently provide access to the users of Navitel-Prestigio application in countries, where it operates.

Currently, navigation maps of Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Albania, Argentina, Belize, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Guatemala, Honduras, Greece, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Costa Rica, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Mexico, Moldova, Nicaragua, New Caledonia, Panama, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Turkey, Finland, Croatia, Montenegro, Czech Republic, Estonia are available to Navitel-Prestigio users for installation.

During the Q1 2013 NAVITEL^® plans to release detailed maps of Western Europe.
