NAVITEL® Q1 2019 map update: Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Maldives, Philippines

Updated Q1 2019 maps for 5 countries of Latin America, Philippines and Maldives are now available to the Navitel Navigator users.

The maps of Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Maldives, Philippines contain 3 124 493 km of the road graph, 568 050 POI, 324 537 cities and settlements, of which 10 488 include road networks and address search (in the Maldives — down to individual bungalows).

Argentina

The map of Argentina contains 7 764 cities and settlements, of which 2 440 include address search. Total length of the road graph is 828 449 km. In the Q1 2019 map of Argentina 70 313 193 unique addresses are available for search. The map contains 119 650 POI – the database was expanded and updated, new cafes, gas stations and ATMs were added to the map.

Colombia

The map of Colombia contains 17 848 cities and settlements, of which 1 444 include address search. The road network and address database have been updated. Total length of the road graph is 188 868 km. In the Q1 2019 map of Colombia 30 569 135 unique addresses are available for search. The map contains 61 328 POI, which include gas stations, ATMs, tourist sites, cafes among other points of interest.

Maldives

The map of the Maldives contains 745 islands. The capital, Malé, and the Addu Atoll feature a detailed street network 398 km in length. The POI database includes 1 557 POI.

In the Q1 2019 map release the road network of all countries has been updated, the Sinamale Bridge (China-Maldives Friendship Bridge) has been added, and the borders of the islands of the Republic of Maldives have been outlined.

Every map includes residential and industrial infrastructure with address search as well as detailed road network with traffic direction, interchanges, roundabouts and other relevant information.
