Q1 2014 – NAVITEL® map updates of Europe, Central Asia, Russia, and Turkey!

Users of Navitel Navigator can download the latest version of maps for Europe, Central Asia, Russia, and Turkey — Q1 2014.

The Q1 2014 update includes the following countries: Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Maldives, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tajikistan, Turkey, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Vatican City.

The new map version includes 15,517,759 km of road length, 6,403,514 points of interest (POIs), 863,139 towns and cities with address search capability and road network display, available for 225,525 of them.

The visual display of the road network, traffic conditions, and routes has been improved. Address data has been refined, as have information on no-turn locations. Over 70 3D building models have also been added.




Czech Republic

The map of the Czech Republic includes 20,535 municipalities and settlements. In 8,355 of them, routes can be planned down to house numbers or descriptive numbers.

The database of points of interest has been expanded and updated and now contains a total of 64,997 records. The total length of the road network is 144,433 km.

New 3D building models:

Prague: City Empiria, City Tower, Corinthia hotel, Main Railway Station, Old Town Bridge Tower, Lesser Town Bridge Tower, National Theatre, Kinský Palace, Petřín Lookout Tower, Rudolfinum, Dancing House, National Monument on Vítkov Hill, Žižkov Television Tower.
Brno: Cathedral of Saints Peter and Paul, Špilberk Castle.
Karlovy Vary: Hot Spring Colonnade.
Karlštejn: Karlštejn Castle.
Lednice: Minaret (Lednice-Valtice Cultural Landscape).
Olomouc:
St. Wenceslas Cathedral.
Plzeň: Pilsner Urquell Gate, Plzeň City Hall, Great Synagogue.


Poland

The map of Poland includes 62,290 municipalities and settlements. In 6,804 of them, routes can be planned down to house numbers or descriptive numbers.

The database of points of interest has been expanded and updated and now contains a total of 224,357 records. The total length of the road network is 691,356 km.

Warsaw: Arkadia, Babka Tower, Barbican, Biurowiec TP SA, Blok Mieszklany, Blue City, Centrum Systemów Telekomunikacyjnych, Dom Studencki „Riviera”, Dworzec PKP Warszawa Centralna, Hotel Hilton, Hotel InterContinental, Hotel Marriott, Hotel Novotel, Ilmet, Kancelaria Prezesa Rady Ministrów, Łucka City, Millennium Plaza, ORCO Tower, Oxford Tower, Palace of Culture and Science, Presidential Palace, Pekao Tower, Punktowiec, Rondo 1, Chancellery of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland, Sienna Center, National Theatre, Warsaw Financial Center, Warsaw Trade Tower, Warta Tower, Wola Park, Royal Castle, Złote Tarasy.

Sections of the A4 motorway ("Debica-Rzeszow" and "Krakow-Tarnow") have been added to the map, which has a significant impact on route planning.


Germany

The map of Germany includes 64,625 municipalities and settlements. In 15,489 of them, routes can be planned down to house numbers or descriptive numbers.

The database of points of interest has been expanded and updated and now contains a total of 1,629,520 records. The total length of the road network is 1,153,886 km.

All maps include residential and industrial zones, allow searching down to address points, and provide detailed displays of streets, roads, one-way streets, intersections, roundabouts, and other important traffic elements.
