Updated Q3 2014 maps of Turkey, countries of the South Caucasus and Central Asia are now available to Navitel Navigator users.
Updated Q3 2014 maps are now available for the following countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkey, and Uzbekistan.
The updated maps contain 875,945 km of road network, 1,238,042 POIs, 58,629 settlements with address search, and provide road network for 28,932 of them. Visual representation of streets, traffic situations and routes has been improved; addresses have been refined, and turn restriction indications have also been improved.
Turkey
The map of Turkey contains 37,151 settlements with address search and provides street network for 28,834 of them. The POI database contains 1,200,857 POIs. The length of the road network is 653,171 km.
Azerbaijan
The map contains 4,313 settlements, 50 of which have address search and street network available. The map contains 25,973 POIs. The length of the road network is 29,788 km. New cities with address search: Guba, Gusar, Dashkasan, Lankaran, Masalli, Khachmaz, Khudat, Shamkir.
Armenia
The length of the road network is 22,980 km. The map of Armenia contains 985 settlements, 51 of which have address search and street network available. The map contains 4,266 POIs.
Address search is newly available for 49 cities: Abovyan, Agarak, Atarbekyan, Alaverdi, Akhtala, Akner, Ayrum, Ashtarak, Aparan, Ararat, Artik, Armavir, Artashat, Byurehavan, Gagarin, Ghawar, Gyumri, Goris, Dilijan, Eghegnadzor, Ehvard, Yerevan, Talin, Tumanyan, Tsaghkadzor, Kapan, Hrazdan Chambarak, Masis, Maralik, Martuni, Makravan, Mehri, Noyemberian, Shamluh, Charentsavan, Jermuk, Jrarat tahamas, Sanain, Sevan, Sisian, Spitak, Stepanavan, Vagarshapat Wijk, Vanadzor, Vardenis, Vedi, Kajaran.
Georgia
The map of Georgia contains 4,349 settlements with address search and street network for 47 of them. The map contains 1,580 POIs. The length of the road network is 83,351 km. The street network of Tbilisi has been updated, and the Kobuleti bypass has been added to the map.
The map of each country contains residential and industrial objects and places in cities, towns and settlements enabling address search, a very detailed road network, including streets and roads and taking into account maneuvers, as well as intersections, roundabouts and other important information.
