In October 2020, he signed a contract with the Oktagon MMA organization, where he claimed the lightweight title belt in his debut match. The legendary Ivan Buchinger is currently training at Spartakus Fight Gym under the guidance of coach and equally successful fighter Attila Végh.
Ivan Buchinger is aptly characterized by his phenomenal ground fighting, in which he was once among the best fighters in Europe and still has this discipline as his strongest.
Ivan "Buki" Buchinger is one of those fighters who, in his career, had the great fortune to face the famous fighter Conor McGregor in the cage.
Buchinger's next fight will be a title match on September 11, 2021, in the largest hockey arena in Bratislava, and NAVITEL will be there.
