NAVITEL® introduces NAVITEL E500 MAGNETIC – a personal navigation devi

NAVITEL^® presents a new product, the NAVITEL E500 MAGNETIC navigation device. One of its main advantages is the magnetic mount, which allows for easy attachment and removal of the navigation unit. The navigation device features a clear 5-inch touchscreen display and comes with pre-installed maps of 43 European countries, Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Ukraine.

Technical specifications

The NAVITEL E500 MAGNETIC navigation device is equipped with an MStar processor clocked at 800 MHz and runs on Windows CE. The device has a clear 5-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 800x480, providing a good image even in bright sunlight. The internal memory is 8 GB. There is a micro SD card slot for cards up to 32 GB for storing additional maps and media files. The built-in battery capacity is 1200 mAh.

Magnetic mount

Installing the NAVITEL E500 MAGNETIC device in your car takes only a few seconds thanks to the revolutionary magnetic mount. The package includes an ergonomic mount that attaches firmly to the windshield. The mount has a USB port for connecting the car charger adapter and a magnetic connection for quick installation of the device. There's no need to adjust the navigation unit in the mount, as the strong magnet instantly secures it in the correct position. Removing the NAVITEL E500 MAGNETIC navigation device from the mount is also a very easy task. The charging adapter is connected directly to the magnetic mount, so there's no need to awkwardly disconnect the navigation unit.

The NAVITEL E500 MAGNETIC device automatically turns on and launches the Navitel Navigator software when connected to the magnetic mount. The device then automatically turns off 15 seconds after being removed from the mount. The strong magnetic connection holds the device securely even while driving.

Offline maps of 47 countries

NAVITEL E500 MAGNETIC is the ultimate solution for in-car navigation. The device includes pre-installed maps of 43 European countries, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Russia, and Ukraine. All maps include up-to-date information on the road network, a SPEEDCAM database, and a Point of Interest (POI) database. The Navitel Navigator software allows for route creation and provides voice instructions in many languages.

Additional maps can be purchased and installed via the free Navitel Navigator Update Center program. This program makes it easy to update existing maps and navigation software.
