We are pleased to announce that thanks to the work of the cartography department, geodesy, and comprehensive analysis of user feedback from the Navitel Navigator application, NAVITEL^® is releasing the Q2 2024 map update.

All maps have been supplemented with residential and industrial infrastructure of all cities and settlements with address search functionality. Detailed and clear road networks include all streets, lanes, and roads, considering traffic direction, road junctions, roundabouts, and other information essential for successful navigation. Also, for all maps in the Q2 2024 release, speed camera data, road restrictions, and changes in traffic sign placement have been updated.

New map versions include 9,943,996 km of road graph, 5,044,757 objects/points of interest (hereinafter POI), 702,896 cities and settlements, of which 310,877 settlements have detailed address search.

In all Q2 2024 maps, information on addresses, POIs, and road networks has been updated in all countries. Major updates mainly concerned the maps of the Czech Republic, Austria, Hungary, Poland, Finland, Lithuania, and Turkey.

Austria

Austrian maps include 26,738 cities and settlements, of which 10,779 also include detailed address search. The maps contain 52,344 POIs and 219,144 km of road graph.

Added the main highway S7 between the towns of Riegersdorf and Dobersdorf.

Czech Republic

Czech maps include 15,460 cities and settlements, of which 6,254 also include detailed address search. The maps contain 124,374 POIs, 174,246 km of road graph, and 4,091,919 unique addresses.

Added:

• A new section of the main road I/11, a bypass around the town of Bludov, between the municipalities of Postřelmov and Chromeč.
• A section of road II/105, a bypass around the town of Jílové u Prahy.

Finland

Finnish maps include 14,157 cities and settlements, all of which include detailed address search. The maps contain 19,904 POIs and 484,434 km of road graph.

Extensive update of more than 2 million unique addresses.

Hungary

Hungarian maps include 107,130 km of road graph, 38,144 POIs, 3,823 cities and settlements, of which 3,246 include detailed address search and road network.

Added:

• A new section of the main road I/23, a bypass around the town of Kisterenye.
• A new section of the main road I/86, a bypass around the town of Mosonmagyaróvár.
• A new main road II/260 between the towns of Sajószentpéter and Kazincbarcika.

Latvia

Latvian maps include 100,296 km of road graph, 19,912 POIs, 8,811 cities and settlements, of which 935 include detailed address search and road network.

Update of Riga city map.

Poland

Polish maps include 764,820 km of road graph, 249,997 POIs, 95,054 cities and settlements, of which 54,921 also include a detailed street network and detailed address search.

Extensive address update of approximately 8.3 million unique addresses.

Turkey

Turkish maps include 768,457 km of road graph, 1,825,643 POIs, 40,400 cities and settlements, of which 18,974 also include a detailed street network and detailed address search.

Added the O-21 Ankara-Niğde highway.

Each map contains residential and industrial infrastructure of cities and settlements with address search, and a detailed road network considering traffic direction, interchanges, roundabouts, and other relevant navigation information.
