The ultimate road assistant
The NAVITEL R9 DUAL is a modern dual Full HD dash cam equipped with a Sony 307 (STARVIS) sensor and a rear camera that also supports Full HD resolution.

High-quality video
The MSTAR 8339 processor supports simultaneous Full HD video recording from both the front and rear cameras. The front camera's 170° viewing angle allows it to capture multiple traffic lanes as well as the roadside. The rear camera has a 136° viewing angle. The highly sensitive Sony STARVIS 307 sensor (Night Vision), combined with a six-layer glass lens, ensures perfect video quality even in low-light conditions.

Digital speedometer and GPS informer
Thanks to its built-in GPS informer and regularly updated database of cameras and alerts, the dash cam alerts the driver in advance of approaching restrictions and their current speed, helping them navigate traffic situations and avoid unnecessary fines. In addition to other sources, data from SCDB.info was used to update the speed camera database.

Wi-Fi and easy camera control via the Navitel DVR Center app
Controlling the camera is a breeze using the built-in Wi-Fi module and the Navitel DVR Center* app. This application allows you to configure and update the camera software, format the SD card, and view, save, and copy recorded files to a mobile device without ever having to leave the vehicle.
*The application supports both iOS and Android.

Dual control
The included Full HD rear camera allows you to record events happening behind your vehicle. The camera attaches to the rear window using 3M tape and features a 136° viewing angle, covering "blind" zones.

500 mAh battery
The 500 mAh battery capacity allows the camera to operate in offline mode without needing to be recharged. If the G-sensor built into the device detects an impact or collision while in parking mode, the dash cam will automatically turn on and start recording. The recording file will be protected and will not be deleted when the memory card loops.

Maps as a gift
As a gift with the NAVITEL R9 DUAL dash cam, every customer receives a voucher for the Navitel Navigator program for Android devices. The one-year subscription includes a license for maps of more than 45 countries around the world.
Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about the NAVITEL R9 DUAL dash cam.
What video resolution does the NAVITEL R9 DUAL offer?
The NAVITEL R9 DUAL records in Full HD 1920 × 1080 resolution at 30 frames per second from both the front and rear cameras simultaneously. The front camera uses a SONY STARVIS IMX307 sensor and a six-layer glass lens with a wide 170° viewing angle. The rear camera offers a 136° viewing angle. The sensitive sensor helps capture important details even in poor lighting conditions.
Is the rear camera included in the package and does it assist with parking?
Yes, the Full HD rear camera is included. It is attached to the rear window using 3M tape and features an adjustable design, parking guide lines, and a 6.9-meter connection cable. When properly connected to the reversing lights, the rear camera image with guide lines can be displayed when in reverse gear to make maneuvering easier. The camera is intended for interior vehicle installation.
How do the GPS informer and digital speedometer work?
The built-in GPS module displays current speed and alerts the driver about speed cameras, speed limits, and other warning zones based on the device's database. Additionally, GPS logging allows you to link the video to the driving route, which can then be viewed in the NAVITEL DVR Player program. For the most accurate and up-to-date alerts, we recommend checking for available speed camera database updates periodically.
Can the NAVITEL R9 DUAL be connected to a mobile phone?
Yes. Thanks to the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and the NAVITEL DVR Center app for Android and iOS, you can view and download recordings, change camera settings, format the memory card, and update the device software on your phone. You can conveniently manage recordings without needing to remove the card from the camera. The camera does not have voice control or an ADAS driver-assistance system.
What memory card does the NAVITEL R9 DUAL support?
The camera supports microSD memory cards with a capacity of up to 64 GB. For reliable video storage from both cameras, we recommend a card with a speed class of U3/V30 or higher. Loop recording automatically overwrites the oldest unprotected files. The G-sensor helps protect recordings during an impact or sudden jolt to ensure important events are not removed during standard overwriting.
Does the NAVITEL R9 DUAL have a parking mode, and how does it work?
Yes. The G-sensor can trigger automatic recording upon impact or jolt, helping protect important footage. The NAVITEL SMART BOX MAX power supply kit (sold separately) is designed for parking mode when the ignition is off. It helps provide constant power to the camera while protecting the vehicle battery from excessive discharge. Available operating time without external power depends on the internal battery state and usage method.
What is included in the NAVITEL R9 DUAL package, and how is it powered?
The package includes the NAVITEL R9 DUAL front dash cam, windshield mount, electrostatic film, 12–24V car charger, power cable, rear camera, video connection cable, microfiber cleaning cloth, user manual, warranty card, and a voucher for a one-year Navitel Navigator license for Android with maps of over 45 countries. The camera has a 2.7-inch IPS display with 320 × 240 resolution and is powered via USB-C. We provide a 24-month warranty.
