It has everything you need
The NAVITEL RS985 GPS is a smart dash cam that not only captures your journeys in detailed 4K resolution with smooth footage but also offers a range of additional features, such as Wi-Fi connectivity, a GPS informer, and an ADAS assistance system to help drivers on the road. It is also equipped with a separate rear Full HD camera to record events happening behind your vehicle.
Dual-channel video recording
The front-facing NAVITEL RS985 GPS camera is equipped with an advanced SONY STARVIS IMX415 sensor, which allows for 4K, 2K, or Full HD video recording. A major advantage of the sensor is the 160° viewing angle of its 7-layer lens, enabling the device to capture almost everything happening in front of your vehicle. The separate Full HD rear camera with a 120° viewing angle also provides a reliable overview of what is happening behind the car.
More features for a safer drive
The NAVITEL RS985 GPS boasts a state-of-the-art ADAS feature with a multi-sensor module that warns of various objects on the road, helps prevent rear-end collisions, notifies of lane departures, and keeps the driver alert when the vehicle in front begins to move.
Perfect overview of speed cameras
The NAVITEL RS985 GPS dash cam is equipped with a built-in GPS antenna, which provides the driver with timely alerts about approaching speed cameras listed in the device's database and other traffic restrictions. Data from SCDB.info, among other sources, was used to update the speed camera database.
Increased safety
The NAVITEL RS985 GPS device features a G-sensor that activates during sudden maneuvers or collisions. In such situations, emergency recordings are automatically saved to a separate protected folder, where they are safe from loss and easily accessible whenever you need them. Another useful feature is Parking Mode*, which can start recording even when the engine is off while protecting the captured videos from being overwritten. The dash cam supports microSD cards with a capacity of up to 512 GB, providing enough space to store dozens of important recordings.
* Parking mode is only available if the dash cam is powered via the NAVITEL SMART BOX MAX device.
Control via buttons and Wi-Fi
The device can be configured using the buttons on the dash cam or via the NAVITEL DVR Center application. Pair your smartphone with the dash cam to instantly share recorded videos on social media or via messengers, or manage device settings remotely.
Free maps
Included with the NAVITEL RS985 GPS is a voucher* with a license key that entitles you to one year of free use of the NAVITEL Navigator application. The application includes detailed maps of over 45 countries worldwide.
* The NAVITEL Navigator key is only functional on devices with the Android operating system.
