NAVITEL RS985 GPS is a smart car camera that not only captures journeys in detailed 4K resolution with smooth footage but also offers a range of other features, such as Wi-Fi connectivity, GPS informer, and the ADAS assistance system, which help drivers on their journeys. In addition, it is equipped with a separate Full HD rear camera for recording events happening behind your vehicle.
Dual-channel video recording
The front camera of the NAVITEL RS985 GPS is equipped with an advanced SONY STARVIS IMX415 sensor, which allows recording videos in 4K, 2K, or Full HD resolution. A great advantage of the sensor is the viewing angle of its 7-layer lens, which reaches up to 160°, allowing the device to record almost everything happening in front of your vehicle. In addition, a separate Full HD rear camera with a 120° viewing angle provides a reliable overview of what is happening behind the car.

The NAVITEL RS985 GPS boasts a top-notch ADAS function with a multi-sensor module that warns of various objects on the road, helps prevent rear-end collisions, informs about lane departure, and keeps the driver alert when vehicles in front start moving.
Perfect overview of speed cameras
The NAVITEL RS985 GPS dashcam is equipped with a built-in GPS antenna, which promptly alerts the driver to approaching speed cameras recorded in the device's database and other restrictions on the route. When updating the speed camera database, in addition to other sources, data from SCDB.info was also used.
Increased safety
The NAVITEL RS985 GPS device features a G-sensor that activates during sharp maneuvers or collisions. In such situations, emergency recordings are automatically saved to a separate secure folder, where they are protected from loss and easily accessible whenever you need them. Another useful feature is parking mode*, which can start recording even when the engine is off and also protects recorded videos from being overwritten. The dashcam supports microSD cards with up to 512 GB of memory, providing ample space to store dozens of important recordings.
* Parking mode is only available when the dashcam is powered via the NAVITEL SMART BOX MAX device.
Control via buttons and Wi-Fi
The device can be configured either using the buttons on the dashcam or via the NAVITEL DVR Center application. Pair your smartphone with the dashcam to instantly share recorded videos on social networks or via messengers, or manage device settings remotely.
Edit videos and track car location
The PC program Navitel DVR Player (compatible with Windows OS only) allows you to play recorded videos, track the car's location on the map at any point during the drive, and convert video files.
Free maps
The NAVITEL RS985 GPS package also includes a voucher* with a license key, entitling you to free use of the NAVITEL Navigator application for one year. The application contains detailed maps of more than 45 countries worldwide.
