The NAVITEL R87 GPS is a multifunctional car video recorder with a GPS antenna that provides real-time information for the Camera Alert and Digital Speedometer functions. The device is also equipped with built-in Wi-Fi and a new generation SONY IMX sensor for excellent video quality in any lighting conditions. The SONY IMX675 sensor records videos at 30 FPS in 2.7K resolution at 2592 x 1944 pixels, making the camera superior to any other 2K device. SONY's unique STARVIS 2 technology, with which this device is equipped, ensures excellent image quality even in the worst lighting conditions.
Wi-Fi module & large IPS screen
The NAVITEL R87 GPS dashcam is Wi-Fi compatible, so its control method is purely a matter of preference. You can either use the built-in buttons or simply download our app to your iOS or Android device. This app allows you to update firmware, manage settings, and save videos directly to your smartphone. For maximum convenience, the dashcam is equipped with a 3.7-inch IPS display with a resolution of 412 x 960 pixels, which offers wide viewing angles and simultaneously displays information provided by the Camera Alert and Digital Speedometer functions.
Six-layer glass lens
The six-layer combined optics allow the NAVITEL R87 GPS to perfectly record videos at any time of day. Thanks to its wide 150° viewing angle, the dashcam captures both roads and sidewalks. Its performance will not disappoint you even on multi-lane highways.
GPS Camera Informer & Digital Speedometer
The GPS antenna is an important part of this dashcam, which allows it to display the current vehicle speed and inform the driver about approaching speed cameras, unprotected railroad crossings, and some traffic signs. When approaching these objects, the dashcam will automatically issue an audible alert and display information on the screen, so the driver always knows what to expect around the corner. When updating the speed camera database, data from SCDB.info was also used, among other sources.
G-sensor & parking mode
The G-sensor built into the NAVITEL R87 GPS activates during sudden maneuvers or physical impacts and automatically saves video recordings to a protected folder on a microSD card with a capacity of up to 256 GB. Connection via Navitel SmartBOX MAX (not included) allows the G-sensor to function even when the car's ignition is off. You can therefore leave the DVR directly in the vehicle, and if something happens in your absence, the camera will automatically turn on, record video of the incident, and then switch back to hibernation mode to save power.
Dual-channel recording
The NAVITEL R87 GPS is compatible with the NAVITEL FULL HD rear camera, which can be purchased separately. This allows you to capture events happening not only in front of your car but also behind it*.

Wi-Fi control
The NAVITEL R87 GPS can be controlled not only via the touchscreen but also via Wi-Fi through the NAVITEL DVR Center app, designed for Android or iOS devices. This app allows quick synchronization of your smartphone with the dashcam, enabling remote management of its settings, firmware updates, viewing captured photos and videos, or saving them directly to your mobile device.
