The NAVITEL R99 4K is a stylish and modern dashboard camera equipped with a SONY IMX415 sensor, which records videos in Ultra HD (4K) resolution at 30 FPS. By reducing the resolution to Quad HD (2K), you get an increase of x2 FPS, reaching 60 frames per second. Choosing Full HD resolution allows for super smooth 120 FPS video recording. Both of these modes are ideal for high-speed objects, making this DVR a great choice for recording your highway journeys, as well as off-road or racing.
Glass optics
The seven-layer glass lens with an extra infrared layer allows the NAVITEL R99 4K to capture high-quality videos at any time of day. Thanks to its wide 140° viewing angle, the device perfectly captures roads, road edges, and sidewalks.
Touchscreen display
The 3.18” IPS display with a resolution of 960x376px is easy to read from any angle. The screen shows information about the journey, speed, distance to the radar, current time/date, and recording indicator. You can also view captured videos and photos or quickly and easily adjust DVR settings.
Maximum power flexibility
The camera is designed for easy power supply via a classic car charger to the cigarette lighter. The camera can also be powered from a standard USB. The included car charger features, in addition to a USB-A port for camera connection, a fast-charging USB-C for convenient charging of all your devices.
GPS Informer
The NAVITEL R99 4K is equipped with a GPS informer, which allows the device not only to receive current coordinates but also to track the car's speed and inform the driver about speed cameras and other potentially dangerous locations. When approaching a speed limit, the device beeps and displays its type and distance to it. In addition to other sources, data from SCDB.info were also used when updating the speed camera database.
Supercapacitor
The supercapacitor, which replaces a conventional battery, is resistant to extreme temperature changes and exhibits high reliability. The heat-resistant ionistor also tolerates power outages, eliminating the risk of losing recordings during sudden power failures.
G-sensor and Parking Mode
The NAVITEL R99 4K is equipped with a G-sensor that protects video recordings taken in an emergency. In case of a sudden maneuver or physical impact, the system saves the current file to a protected folder on the memory card. The camera supports parking mode*, which automatically captures possible incidents when the car is parked with the ignition off.
* Parking mode works only with a stationary power source through a device that eliminates excessive battery discharge — NAVITEL SMART BOX MAX.
Loop recording and up to 256 GB storage
This model combines high video quality with compact file size, saving space on the microSD card with up to 256 GB of memory. When the SD card is full, recordings are overwritten from the oldest, unlocked recordings.
Wi-Fi control
The NAVITEL R99 4K can be controlled not only via the touchscreen but also via Wi-Fi through the NAVITEL DVR Center app for Android and iOS. It helps quickly synchronize your smartphone with the dashcam and remotely manage its settings, update firmware, view captured photos and videos, and also save them directly to your mobile device.
