NAVITEL releases a software update for Navitel Navigator 9.10 for devices running the Linux operating system. The latest update includes optimized route creation for trucks and large vehicles, as well as extended 3D objects. The new version also features a Media Player function.

Improved routes for trucks

Navitel Navigator 9.10 allows for quick route creation for any type of vehicle. Drivers of larger vehicles can plan and select the optimal route before driving, saving time and increasing travel comfort.

Before driving, you can select the type of vehicle:

• In settings (total vehicle weight, axle weight, width, height, and length should be specified)
• When selecting alternative routes (in the bottom right corner of the display).

Extended 3D objects

When selecting navigation in 3D mode, three-dimensional objects are displayed on the screen. Thanks to the realistic display of models, it is easy for any driver to not get lost even in unfamiliar areas. The Navitel Navigator database includes 3D models of landmarks, museums, sports venues, and other significant buildings.

Introduction of Media Player function

The latest software update has extended the device's functionality – a Media Player function has been added. With it, you can enjoy your favorite music tracks through the device's speakers, headphones, or use the vehicle's acoustics with an FM transmitter. To transfer music to the navigation system, simply add music files to a microSD card and insert it into your device.
