NAVITEL Q3 2025 Maps – update has been released

NAVITEL®, a leading provider of navigation systems, is releasing the latest Q3 2025 map update for a wide range of compatible devices and platforms. The new maps bring significant improvements to road networks, address databases, and points of interest (POIs) across Europe. The biggest updates concern Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, and Austria.

NAVITEL Q3 2025 CZ

The Q3 2025 update includes detailed cartographic adjustments, digitalization of newly built roads and bypasses, as well as extended coverage of border crossings and improved navigation data. They now include 18,653,693 km of updated road network, 13,430,758 points of interest, and 1,837,338 cities and settlements with 111,929,004 unique addresses to search for.

Below is a detailed overview of regional updates:

AUSTRIA

  • A newly mapped route through the town of Scheffau am Wilden Kaiser offers improved navigation in the Tyrol region.
  • Approximately 80 new POIs have been added, including hotels, restaurants, ATMs, and more.

In total, the Austria Q3 2025 map includes 219,251 km of road network, 26,450 cities and settlements with an address database containing 3,007,414 records, and 55,103 points of interest distributed throughout the country.

CZECH REPUBLIC

  • Integration of a new segment of main road I/16, the bypass of Nová Paka.
  • Addition of a new section of road I/34, forming the bypass of Lišov.
  • Over 130 newly added POIs, including petrol stations, tourist attractions, service centers, and other key points.
  • Inclusion of approximately 20 new stationary speed cameras.

The national map now includes 176,264 km of road network, 15,424 cities and settlements with an address database containing 4,150,928 records, and 125,900 across the country.

ESTONIA

Some updates were made based on user feedback and other sources. Overall, the Estonia Q3 2025 map includes 84,514 km of road network, 4,713 cities and settlements with an address database containing 242,914 records, and 44,078 points of interest.

HUNGARY

  • Expanded international connectivity with four newly added border crossings to Slovakia:
    - Road 3416 near Hollóháza
    - Border crossings near Nagyrozvágy and Abaújvár
    - Access from road 1201 near the Slovak town of Šahy

The new map of Hungary for Navitel Navigator includes 107,913 km of road network, 3,824 settlements with an extensive address database containing 2,962,562 records, and 38,650 points of interest distributed throughout the country.

LATVIA

  • Based on user feedback and other sources, road infrastructure and address databases across the country have been updated.

The national map now includes 100,308 km of road network, an address database with 211,944 records, 8,811 cities and municipalities, and 20,002 points of interest.

LITHUANIA

The Lithuanian map for Navitel Navigator includes 85,185 km of road network, 17,468 cities and settlements with an address database containing 310,543 records, and 30,020 points of interest across the country.

POLAND

  • Updated address data as of June 2025 to ensure higher geolocation accuracy and route planning.
  • The newly opened section of expressway S7 between Chwaszczyno and Żukowo has been fully digitized and integrated into the routing system.
  • A new bypass has been added on national road DK78, connecting Poręba and Zawiercie.
  • Significant updates to road infrastructure in multiple cities, including new streets, roundabouts, bypasses, and more.

Overall, the Poland Q3 2025 map includes 771,889 km of road network, 114,433 cities and settlements with an address database containing 16,937,958 records, and 250,002 points of interest distributed throughout the country.

SLOVAKIA

  • Introduction of a new section of expressway R3 around the town of Tvrdošín.
  • Four new border crossings to Hungary have been added:
    - Road 3416 near Skároš
    - Crossings near Veľký Horeš, Kechnec, and Šahy
    - Over 160 new POIs have been incorporated into the database, enriching the map with current services and travel destinations.

Slovak maps for Navitel Navigator include 54,819 km of road network, 3,830 cities and settlements with an address database containing 1,601,834 records, and 24,070 points of interest across the country.


We recommend all users install the latest version to benefit from higher routing accuracy, faster route recalculation, and better traffic data coverage.

IMPORTANT! Please note that maps from the Q3 2025 release only work with Navitel Navigator version 9.13 and newer.
