NAVITEL® announces the launch of a new version of Navitel Navigator 9.11 for Android and iOS (iPhone and iPad) devices. The updated application now includes additional settings for route calculation and an even more user-friendly interface for displaying POIs. The application now also features traffic sign notifications.
New opportunities for route creation
We are all different – some people like speed and highways, while others prefer picturesque towns and villages; some people travel only by land, while others travel between islands; some prefer cars, and others cross states on a motorcycle – but each of us is looking for the most suitable route. Thanks to the new features of Navitel Navigator 9.11, route creation is now even easier. Intuitive icons help the user not only choose the desired type of transport but also set detours for toll roads, unpaved roads, or ferry lines – all to make your journey as comfortable as possible.
Display of nearest Points of Interest
Navitel Navigator 9.11 also gained a new useful feature for all travelers. In the new version of the program, a dynamic list of the nearest POIs* with indicated distances is displayed during navigation mode. If you want to change your route and stop at a gas station or cafe, you no longer need to use the "search" function – just press the POI icon, and the navigation will recalculate the route.
Traffic sign notifications
The application has an updated interface with visual information about traffic signs when following a route. Why?
Imagine you are at an unfamiliar and complex intersection where several lanes merge into one, all exits are very close to each other. It is easy to get lost in such a tangle of exits. The display of informative traffic signs will serve as a guide and help you find the right way.
Navitel Navigator 9.11 now has better-drawn maps and calculates routes even faster.
* POI (Points of Interest) – infrastructure objects, landmarks, gas stations, restaurants and cafes, natural monuments, and important road points that could be useful for everyday life.

iPhone and iPad users can download the Navitel Navigator 9.11 update in AppStore (iTunes).
A free and full version of the program is available for 7 days from download. After this period, a license key must be purchased. This will grant you access to the premium version of Navitel Navigator 9.11.
You can also purchase an annual subscription for selected maps and use all premium version features**. It is up to you whether to continue the subscription or cancel it after the paid period expires.
** The subscription applies to all existing packages with navigation maps, with the exception of maps for Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, including packages that contain at least one of the aforementioned maps.
