iOS users can now update the camera's firmware through the Navitel DVR Center app

NAVITEL® has released an update for the Navitel DVR Center app for iOS users. Now, in addition to managing camera settings, viewing photos and videos, saving video clips, sending them via messengers, and formatting the SD card, users can also update the firmware using their mobile device.

! We remind you that the program is available exclusively to owners of dashcams with a Wi-Fi module*.

Firmware Update Instructions

To update the firmware, go to the menu > Firmware Update, click "Check."

If an update is available via the app

After connecting the camera, the app will offer to update. At the end of the process, a message will appear asking you to restart the camera.

If you received an update link

If you received a link, update the firmware in standard mode using a microSD card. Detailed update instructions are available here. Each subsequent update will then be available through the Navitel DVR Center mobile app.

If the firmware is up to date

If your device's firmware is up to date, a "No updates" message will appear after checking.
