Deactivating and Reactivating a License Key
Restoring a NAVITEL license key is only possible on devices with a similar official operating system (according to paragraph 3.12 of the License Agreement). If a license key is supplied with a navigation device, regardless of its activation status, it is intended only for use on that specific device. The key cannot be restored on any other device (according to paragraph 3.1 of the License Agreement).
For iOS users:
Activation of an iOS license key on other platforms is not possible. The same rule applies to restoring license keys from other platforms to iOS. According to Apple's corporate policy, all purchases must be made in the App Store, so keys obtained from other sources cannot be activated. If you want to use a purchased copy of the Navitel Navigator application on other iOS devices, download the same application from the same App Store account from which the purchase was previously made, and then when launching the application, select the option: Premium → Restore Purchase.
For Android users:
If the purchase was made before September 16, 2014, or was not made within the Google Play application, deactivation of the license key is required. If the purchase was made in Google Play after September 16, 2014, through Navitel version 9.2 or newer, deactivation of the license key is not required. To use the already purchased Navitel Navigator on another Android device, download the application from the same account and when launching it, press the Restore Purchase button.
Important! Purchases on any OS can only be restored a limited number of times.
