Dear users!
Despite the current unfavorable COVID-19 situation, we continue to work on improvements! Our company is pleased to announce the release of the new version of Navitel Navigator 9.13*.
The updated version of Navitel Navigator 9.13 supports Q1 2020 maps and has also gained additional features that improve system control and usability:
Most highways in Europe are toll roads. As a rule, to drive on such roads, it is necessary to purchase a special vignette. Driving on toll roads without a vignette can result in a huge fine (up to several hundred euros). However, when you travel to a foreign country, you may not know exactly where such sections are located on the roads and whether your route passes through them. To ensure that your trip to another country is not overshadowed by unpleasant situations such as an unexpected fine, a special warning has been added to Navitel Navigator 9.13, informing about the presence of a road section with a vignette.
Highways are among the fastest ways to get from one place to another, which is why they are among the most popular routing options. In reality, this often leads to us spending a lot of time stuck in traffic jams on the highway, especially during rush hour. Fortunately, from now on, Navitel Navigator 9.13 has a new feature "Avoid Highways", which offers you even more options when choosing a route. So, if you want to avoid a highway, for example, due to traffic or just to drive through more picturesque places, select the "Avoid Highways" option when creating a route and Navitel Navigator will redirect you to less busy roads.
Based on numerous requests from our users who use the Navitel Navigator program in their cars, a new setting has been added to version 9.13 that allows you not to interrupt the audio when receiving voice prompts. It has also become possible to independently set the level of sound alerts in the Navitel Navigator program, which allows you to choose a comfortable ratio of prompt volume and car music. If you change the music volume in the settings, the Navitel Navigator alert volume will proportionally increase or decrease.
